Solution Response Citizens Request system  is a dynamic web-based application that enables the public and private sectors the ability to accept electronic requests from citizens, employees, vendors and field-based technicians using the convenience of an Internet browser.  The initiated request routes to the responsible individual, department or company for review, assignment, action, follow-up and reporting.

What is Free Use?

Free Use means that if your company is providing emergency services to the public sector or you are a buyer in the public sector having an immediate requirement for a product such as ours due to either a disaster, major incident or serious public safety issue, Solution Response will provide the Citizens Request system baseline functionality at no cost for the duration of the incident or agreed to timeframe including unlimited users.
